Predictable Hire was founded on a simple idea: recruiting agencies should understand what it actually feels like to be the client.
I've hired hundreds of people across six continents. I co-founded Predictable Hire in New York City, placing sales and marketing talent into high-growth startups. Then I crossed over to the client side, leading talent acquisition at Remote.com and Camunda and scaling global go-to-market teams across 30+ countries. I've seen what works and what doesn't, from both sides of the table.
After five years in-house at Remote.com and Camunda, watching global tech companies scale from the inside, I'm bringing Predictable Hire back. The agency my clients deserved the first time around: vetted, verified candidates, a disciplined process, and honest conversations when something isn't working. No fluff, no spam, no ghosting.
About the name: Predictable Hire takes its inspiration from the Predictable Revenue methodology, the outbound sales playbook that came out of Salesforce. I used it to build my first agency, sourcing clients and candidates the same way. Systematic, repeatable, process-driven. That's still how we operate.
